Ervin Stewart Tan
Atty. Tan is the founding lawyer of ETAN Law Office. He is a dual-qualified lawyer whose practice mainly focuses on corporate matters and litigation/arbitration. He also practices in other areas including, without limitation, tax, immigration, real estate, intellectual property and international law.

He previously worked in international law firms, including Orrick Herrington Sutcliffe and Minter Ellison. He also worked as in-house counsel for a construction company and as an international legal consultant for MTR Corporation in Hong Kong.
​
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb), Fellow of Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb), and Fellow of Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PIArb). He is also an Accredited Mediator of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).

He is on the Panel of Arbitrators of the Business Arbitration Scheme of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Dispute Appointment Service) since 2019.
